All traveling coaches need to download and print out the roster form below. Once completed, the coaches need to give the rosters to either Jane Rozell or Dave Turner. Coaches should make several copies for themselves as they will need one for every tournament.

LFSA is currently accepting accepting player registrations for the 2008 summer season. Please download and read the linked files below for more information on the programs we offer.
When you are ready, download the "2008 Registration Form." Print the form, fill it out completely, make a check out for the correct amount and mail it to:
